Governor Ramen Deka gave 30 TBs from Bilaspur, Korea and Sarangarh-Bilaigarh districts of the state. To help the patients, the amount of Rs 1 lakh 80 thousand has been provided with their voluntary donation item. With this help, nutritious food will be provided to the patients, which will help in improving their health.
Governor Deka held 10 TB of Bilaspur district. Patients have been approved for financial assistance of 60 thousand rupees for one year. Similarly, 10-10 T.B. of Sarangarh-Biligarh and Korea districts. Patients have also been given a financial assistance of 60-60 thousand rupees for one year with a value of five hundred rupees per month.
It is noteworthy that under the Flagship Yojana of the Government of India, the goal is to make the country and the state TB free by the year 2025 under the Prime Minister's TB Open India Campaign.
