The court said that all these officers can be of Madhya Pradesh cadre, but should not be originally residents of Madhya Pradesh. At the same time, the court has asked SIT to file a status report by May 28. Explain that the Madhya Pradesh High Court had ordered to register an FIR on 14 May, taking notice on Shah's statement. On the court's order, an FIR was lodged against him at Mhow police station in Indore. Shah has reached the Supreme Court against this. Now the next hearing will be held on May 28.
