The historic moment of the inauguration of rebelled railway stations under the ambitious Amrit Bharat Scheme of Indian Railways is now close. On Thursday, May 22, 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate a total of 103 rebelled stations across the country and surrender to the nation through video conferencing. During this time, 5 major stations of Chhattisgarh will also get new identity.

The stations of the state which will be inaugurated include Dongargarh, Bhanupratappur, Bhilai, Urkura and Ambikapur stations. All these stations have been equipped with modern facilities, which will give better experience to passengers.

Amrit Bharat Station Scheme is a national initiative launched by Indian Railways, which aims to make railway stations across the country modern, beautiful, convenient and environmentally friendly.
